“In the City” — a spinoff of “Summer House,” which became a cultural sensation in its 10th season — was renewed for a second season, and has already begun filming in New York City. “Next Gen NYC,” which became a word-of-mouth hit over the summer during its delightful second  season, has also been renewed, and has started production.
