The comedian, who is currently starring in the third season of NBC’s Lopez vs. Lopez, has partnered with Truly Original, the production company behind series such as The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Ink Master, to develop a number of unscripted projects.

The first is a feature documentary about Charlie Murphy, the brother of Eddie Murphy. Darkness: The Charlie Murphy Story will tell the story of the comedian, who died in 2017 from leukemia at the age of 57.

Aquaman director James Wan is diving headfirst into the unscripted genre.

Wan and his Atomic Monster banner are teaming with Ink Master producers Truly Original for a new unscripted partnership. The two companies are said to have multiple projects in various stages of development in a number of different unscripted genres.
